How did you manage to make these?

Did you use clay to make them or some other materials?

I use a combination of polymer clay most notably Sculpey III ^^

It took many hours and lots of dedication but it paid off I'd like to think~

I wish I could make my own sculptures but I'm not really good at it...

How did your sales go at bronycon? I'm hoping to sell sculptures and customs next year at bronycon but I have no clue how many I should make to get ready. I don't wanna.  Me to many and have a bunch of lefty overs but I don't wanna make to little and sell out the first day :/

howdid things go for you?

I brought only 14 this year and all but 2 were sold by the end of the first day. By the end I probably could've brought 2-3 times that much and it would've probably sold thru.  Hypothetically  of course

Daily Deviation? Hoo boy! Someone's got talent

If anything, I'd say Scootaloo and AJ are...bright. Too bright.

I love both the VinylTavi and Trixie with plush Twi sculpts. While I would likely end up buying a more neutral pose should I get any schulptures in my lifetime, those unique additions are obviously harder to do-whether drawing or sculpting. Props to you, and may money be with you at Bronycon! ^o^

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoy them!

I've gotten quite a few criticisms before about certain colors being too light before, but I can certainly see how you'd see them as too bright. Whether its through inexperience with color correction or bad lighting, the colors tend to be a bit off from the actual sculpture in these photos. Like scanning a drawing on a flat-bed scanner, there tends to be something lost in the translation.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense. I certainly have that experience with scanning drawings (or even how my rare selfies look a lot worse than the mirror portrays! :P) Though man, I sure would love to see them in reality. I bet if I did, I would be buying them too, haha.

hey.... lol its kinda a crazy idea but ehy don't you ask them if you can join? lol how does one get to work in Hasbro making MLP FIM figures...

although... maybe we can ask them why they don't take advantage of cartoon accurate figures..
